Giancarlo founded Concrete Interests in 2024. Prior to Concrete Interests, Giancarlo spent six years with CBRE's Capital Markets team, primarily focused on San Francisco. Throughout his career, Giancarlo successfully closed over $7.0 billion in transactional volume, including office, multi-family, retail, development and industrial assets. He has been a part of some of the largest single asset transactions in San Francisco.

Nick founded Concrete Interests in 2024. Prior to Concrete Interests, Nick spent over six years with Tishman Speyer on their Northern California Acquisitions and Development team, primarily focused in San Francisco. While at Tishman Speyer, Nick successfully completed over $1.5 billion in transactional volume. In addition to acquisitions work, Nick had asset management responsibilities over one million square feet of office space in San Francisco, as well as capitalization efforts for Mission Rock, one of San Francisco's most iconic mixed-use developments.
